Real life experiences, tried and tested

For years, I grappled with emotional triggers that cast shadows over my life. These triggers, often ignited by specific situations or people, flooded me with negative emotions, leading to daily stress and a diminishing sense of well-being. I’m no stranger to sensitivity, and the past three years have been a whirlwind of change, from the challenges of COVID to new jobs, starting a business, marriage, and moving countries. Amidst this chaos, one trigger dominated my life, creating a relentless storm of overwhelm.

I explored countless strategies to manage stress, but one trigger remained stubbornly untouched, leading me to believe I was simply not adept at handling people or stress. However, I’m also a lifelong learner with a passion for health, wellness, and psychology. Over two decades, I’ve collected a diverse toolkit, from kung f

u to breath science and energy meditation.

As stress threatened to consume me, I stumbled upon a revolutionary technique—viewing triggers through a biological lens. Skeptical but hopeful, I tried it. In a matter of weeks, the trigger that had tormented me for three long years vanished. A new spaciousness emerged in my mind, allowing positive thoughts and feelings to thrive. Days grew quieter, calmer, and more joyful.

I’m Kaisa, and I returned to Estonia in 2022 after a decade in the UK corporate world, navigating intense boardrooms.It’s a fascinating and exciting world, but one that requires self-care and constant inner work to not get consumed by stress, overwhelm and high demands.

Yet, I’m more than a facilitator; I’ve battled overwhelm and stress. Just a couple of years ago, daily stressors an

d triggers drained my life of joy and creativity.
